What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Internet as a mean of communication?

In the last few decades, the Internet has grown a lot as a means of communication. Internet becomes more popular every day in all countries, now it is the most complete means of communication that we can find, because you can find all you want, whenever you want.
For this reason the Internet will be gradually has incorporated into all aspects of our daily life, such as shopping, working, the mail ... and especially as a means of communication.

The advantage of Internet as a means of communication is that it’s very easy and fast to use, and you can see things at the time you choose, therefore you don’t have to depend of the television programming, so everyone can be informed. On the other hand, Internet has replaced people in some types of job, such as information offices or ticket booths, because people have begun to do these things on the Internet.

I should add that the Internet contains more information than you can find in other mean of communication, so in many cases it can be more useful. However, the problem in finding so information is that we can find wrong information too, because anyone can create a website.

I believe that the Internet have also revolutionized communication world, as a result, Internet will make things easier, especially for the students, this means that in a few years, things like studying, doing work, homework and even classes will be done via Internet.
