“A MAGICAL SPORTING MOMENT”

I still remember the day that I won the championship medal in swimming. I was the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. I was only 15 years. At the start I was very nervous, but slowly I began to feel the support of the people, my family and friends.
A few minutes before the race I was very excited, but then I concentrated on winning these medal. As son as I entered the hall, I heard the cheering. At the moment, while I was thinking about winning, I saw all my opponents.
My right arm was hurting while the race, but I had to continued. The last 100 meters I felt that I couldn’t. Anymore, as I approached to the finish I felt better.
When I got the medal in front of everyone I felt the most fortunate person in the world.
