“A magical sport moment”



I rembember it like it was yesterday. I was watching TV in my sofa with my father because it was the IAAF championsip in Osaka in 2007.
I was waiting for the 800 meters because Mayte Martínez ran that race.
When the race started, I thought that Mayte didn’t won any medal because she was the last one but the race was progressing and Mayte was moving foward rivals.
In the last part of the race Mayte always have a good sprint because she is a fast atlete.
She was the sixth and there was only 200 m. Mayte did a good sprint and she won the bronze of the race.
I was very pleased with that because I admire Mayte a lot. I think that Mayte is one of the best athletes that are in Spain. I think she deserved to win the gold.
